Refund and Returns Policy
1. Cancellations and Modifications
You have a strict 1-hour window after placing your order to request any changes or a cancellation. Past this timeframe, the production process of your case begins automatically; therefore, no modifications, cancellations, or refunds can be accepted.
2. Custom Products (Change of Mind or Incorrect Device Model)
As each product is custom-made to order, returns, exchanges, or refunds for « change of mind » do not apply to goods manufactured to the consumer’s specifications. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds if you change your mind or select the incorrect phone model during checkout. We kindly invite you to double-check your exact device model before completing your purchase.
3. Color and Print Variations
Please note that a slight variation in tone may occur between the visual preview on your screen (due to color calibration and brightness settings of each device) and the final physical product printed via sublimation. These minor nuances are inherent to the technical printing process and do not qualify as a manufacturing defect.
4. Defective Products or Manufacturing Errors
If your product arrives damaged (shipping damage) or if we made a mistake regarding the sent device model or design:
- You have a maximum of 3 days after receiving your order to notify us.
- Please reach out through our contact form, attaching a clear photo of the received item and your order number.
- Upon verification and validation by our team, we will either provide a free replacement case (shipping fees on us) or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
