Since our products are made to order very quickly, you have a strict 1-hour window after payment to request any changes or cancellation. Please reach out immediately via our contact form to submit your request. Past this timeframe, the order enters our production queue and cannot be modified or refunded.

Because our items are uniquely customized, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect device model selection. Additionally, please note that the colors of the actual print on the case may show a slight variation in tone compared to screen preview images due to monitor and display color calibrations. If your product arrives with a material manufacturing defect, we guarantee a free replacement.
